Our homes are built in the controlled environment of a modern factory rather than outdoors. We use the same basic materials as site-built homes, and adhere to the same building codes as site-built homes. AmeriCraft homes meet or exceed all state and local building codes. Our homes are inspected throughout each phase of construction by full-time quality control engineers. And our homes are also inspected and approved by an independent state licensed agency to ensure that high quality standards are met at each stage of construction.

Our homes are ready for occupancy within six to eight weeks of installation on site ... all you have to do is hang the curtains and move your furniture in.

And all AmeriCraft homes come with a full ten-year structural warranty, as well as manufacturers' warranties on all appliances, heating and cooling systems.
