Kitchen and Design Center Sales-Design Consultant
AmeriCraft Corporation is searching for a Sales-Design Consultant to be responsible for selling, and greeting our customers, vendors and visitors in our NEW Kitchen and Design Center located at the Williamsville Country Village Center, Unit 5 on Route 54 in Selbyville, Delaware.

Position Responsibilities: Greet customers, vendors and visitors. Answer all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate employee or department. Schedule design appointments between homebuyers, homeowners and design consultants. Place reminder appointment calls to customers. Organize contract and specs for a timely design selections schedule. Evaluate daily sales goals. Evaluate and update job status reports. Maintain customer files and information. Assist customers visualize colors, patterns, and designs for new kitchens, bathrooms as well as other living areas. To coordinate remodeling and new construction projects from creation to installation. To supervise receptionist position within the Design Center. To give clear direction and effectively communicate with other employees and customers to establish initial expectations and measure end results. To positively promote AmeriCraft Kitchen and Design Center when speaking with vendors, suppliers, customers and competitors. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH 20/20 SOFTWARE AND CADD APPLICATIONS. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting other Divisions associated with AmeriCraft Corporation complete new stick-built home construction/ custom modular home construction job submittals while using 20/20 and CADD.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years full-time field or relationship marketing/sales experience. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to use PowerPoint for presentations as well as data entry experience is preferred. This position is full-time. Successful candidates will have a professional front office image, strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and determine priorities.
